CRNA Locums Job in Wisconsin

Details / Requirements :

Board Certification and Wisconsin license required (will review candidates with multistate RN license)

Cases include cardiac (not required but a plus) neuro, general surgery, plastic, pulmonary, ortho, spine, gyn, uro, OB, cath lab, IR, EP, and GI

Call not required, but available, solo night and beeper call

CRNAs supervised by charge Anesthesiologist

Will be credentialed at 3 sites : Hospital (8-11 ORs), ASC, and outpatient GI clinic (2 procedure rooms). Must be comfortable at all sites.

Weekend Shifts :

1st call - Beeper 7am-7am

2nd call - 7am-3pm shift + on call 3pm-7am

Weekday Shifts :

Shifts 6, 7, 8 - 7am start time

1st call - 7am-7pm shift + on call 7pm-7am

2nd call - 7am-5pm shift + on call 5pm-7am

3rd call - 7am-5pm shift + on call 5pm-7am
