The goal of the project is to build a modern user interface for one of the largest FX trading systems on the market. Your responsibilities will include developing next-generation UI controls and screens to manage and provision end users, implementing business-focused features, creating a scalable UI capable of handling a high volume of orders, and designing flexible interfaces adaptable for other asset classes. You will work directly with business teams to gather feedback, address issues, and organize focused testing cycles. As a hands-on developer, you will collaborate with a distributed team and help drive improvements to the platform, including establishing best practices and guidelines for other groups.

Your responsibilities include :

Delivering exceptional client results and ensuring project success.

Learning the client's business, organization, systems, challenges, and goals.

Working directly with the client to define and clarify requirements.

Creating accurate project and task estimates with your team.

Developing and delivering high-quality, low-defect features on schedule.

Leading by example through the implementation of challenging and complex components.

Collaborating closely with your project team and fostering a fun and productive environment.

Ensuring quality through adherence to technical best practices, mentorship, feedback, and paired programming.
