What You Need for this Position

BS in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) and at least 3 years of experience and knowledge of :

Estimating commercial construction projects

Mechanical trades including HVAC, process piping and plumbing preferred

Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, FastPIPE, FastDUCT, QuickPen, Excel or similar

Evaluating project plans and bid documents

Reviewing material take-offs

Requesting material and equipment quotes from vendors

Labor, material and equipment estimates
