A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Support Specialist - Tier 2.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Tier 2 customer support via ticketing, phone, and video conferencing, while providing chat support during peak times
Mentor Tier 1 team members and contribute to overall team growth and customer satisfaction
Troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical problems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of experience in customer support or technical roles
Basic understanding of SQL and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience in a SaaS environment preferred
Hands-on experience supporting technical environments, including web browsers and point-of-sale systems
