We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumbing / HVAC Technician to join our team. This role involves providing expert maintenance, repair, and installation services for a variety of mechanical systems across commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, experience in HVAC and plumbing systems, and the ability to interpret schematics and HVAC design plans. A valid driver’s license is required, with experience in field service, appliance repair, property maintenance, and refrigeration highly preferred. - Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and AL2 refrigeration equipment
- Read and interpret schematics, HVAC design plans, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions
- Perform equipment repairs using tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation of HVAC / R systems and plumbing infrastructure
- Assist with system upgrades and new installations adhering to safety standards and building codes
- Perform field service tasks including appliance repair, property maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting on-site at various locations
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation of work performed
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards
- Experience
- Proven experience as a service technician or mechanic in HVAC, plumbing, or refrigeration fields
- Knowledge of construction practices related to HVAC / R system installation and property maintenance
- Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, and mechanical troubleshooting techniques
- Hands-on experience with equipment repair including boilers, air conditioning units, AL2 refrigeration systems, and appliances
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and perform welding tasks as needed
- Prior field service experience with property maintenance or appliance repair is highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license (including driver) required for travel between job sites
- Experience working with HVAC / R systems including refrigeration (including AL2 systems), boiler operation, and mechanical components is preferred
