What We’re Looking For

  • You have high-volume restaurant management experience and can handle the heat when things get wild.
  • Your leadership skills are on point : you organize, motivate, and always bring your A-game.
  • Strong verbal and written communication —from team huddles to crafting the perfect guest response.
  • Upbeat, approachable, thrive on multitasking, and keep things cool under pressure.
  • You’re sharp on local, state, and federal regulations —including employment standards, OSHA, and wage laws.
  • You’ve got an active Food Handler’s Card —and know your way around a busy kitchen and dining room.

Your Responsibilities as General Manager

As Sedona’s next Restaurant General Manager , you’ll run the show and set the tone for every guest’s experience. Here’s what your day might include :

  • Inspiring, training, and empowering your team to reach for the stars.
  • Mastering analytics, sales data, and making POS systems your best friend.

  • Maintaining total compliance and championing best practices in employment and labor standards.
  • Smartly building and adjusting work schedules to balance the floor and keep costs in check.
