A typical day joining H&R Block as a Tax Associate means you will have the support of an expert team dedicated to providing you with the tax training you need to be successful. You will also have the freedom, flexibility, and extra earnings you will need to embrace what makes your life uniquely yours. Your responsibilities will include :

• Conducting tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools video, phone, chat, and email
• Preparing complete and accurate tax returns
• Generating business growth, increasing client retention, and offering additional products and services
• Providing clients with IRS support
• Supporting office priorities through teamwork and collaboration
• Growing your tax expertise
