Job descriptionAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and efficiency Preparing food in a made- from scratch kitchen before and after service periods Understanding and proper use of recipe and order screens Cleaning and maintaining kitchen, dish, and prep areas Shift side work to include opening and closing duties Previous cooking experience preferred Must obtain a Food Handler’s Card Proper knife skills Ability to operate all necessary kitchen equipment Ability to handle multiple orders in a timely manner Must handle food safely when prepping and cooking Follow procedures and recipes on food items Retain menu and product knowledge Proper personal hygiene Maintain Health Department Standards throughout shift Professional attitude and respect of coworkers, establishment, and the brand
Taziki’s Mediterranean Café combines a made-from-scratch approach with healthy ingredients to deliver culinary driven dishes. We are currently looking for a friendly, energetic and dependable kitchen-oriented team member, possessing a strong work ethic with a passion for food to represent our brand to the public.

WORK CONDITIONS / HOURS
Works in a typical restaurant kitchen environment to include but not limited to : flattop and char grill, oven, slicer, mixer and food processor. Hours will vary and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and / or holidays.
