CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Will accept candidates needing to obtain a PA license

DEA Required : Yes

Board Status : Board Certified

Required Certifications : ACLS

Minimum Years Experience (if applicable) : 5

Candidates must have Fellowship in Neuroradiology

SHIFT / SCHEDULE INFORMATION

M-Friday 8a-5p

Call hours are 5p 8a

Schedule Breakdown : If on call, would be on call for the entire week : 8a - 5p clinic Monday Friday, call hours 5p 8a. Call will be approximately 1 week / month.
