Job descriptionDiagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and kitchen equipment Perform preventative maintenance services on a variety of appliances (hot and cold side) Work directly with schools, healthcare facilities, restaurants, and other commercial kitchens Communicate clearly with customers and document service performed Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a respectful, team-first culture 4+ years of HVACR or refrigeration service experience EPA and Natural Gas certification preferred (we can assist with licensing / training) Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively A positive, professional attitude with customers and coworkers Valid drivers license Competitive pay based on experience Ongoing training and growth opportunities Company vehicle, tools, and uniforms provided Health, dental, and retirement benefits A supportive team culture built on respect, preparation, and pride in quality service
