What You’ll Do
Lead, mentor, and support a team of 8 technicians
Manage daily service operations to ensure efficiency and top-tier customer service
Oversee scheduling, workflow, and service quality
Assist with hiring, training, and development of service team members
Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal departments
Ensure safety, compliance, and performance standards are met
Who You Are
Experienced in the agricultural equipment industry or equipment dealership sector
A hands-on leader who can take control of a service department and drive performance
Skilled in communication, customer service, and operational organization
Comfortable balancing technical knowledge with team leadership and customer interaction
