Lula is looking for a 1099 Drain Cleaning Pro to help with property maintenance of several hundred rental properties across the Winston-Salem North Carolina area. We are seeking individuals who have experience in the property management industry and have an eager attitude. This individual must be trustworthy, possess great communication skills, capable with technology, and be apt in problem-solving. You will need reliable transportation.

*Drywall
*Light plumbing
*Light electrical
*Painting
*Performing maintenance and light repairs
*Minor repairs/replacements on appliances
