We are working with a prestigious global law firm is seeking a 3rd – 4th year Associate to join its Corporate Advisory (Finance) Practice . This exciting opportunity is open to candidates in New York City and Miami . Key Responsibilities

Work on a variety of corporate finance transactions, advising clients on finance and banking matters

Draft and review complex transactional documents

Provide strategic legal advice to clients in connection with corporate finance matters

Ideal Candidate

3-4 years of corporate and transactional experience, specifically in the Finance & Banking sector

Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills

Must be admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction where you will be located
