About the Opportunity

AppleOne Staffing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ground-up construction projects ranging from $2M–$20M , with a focus on healthcare, educational, and municipal facilities . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing public sector projects, ensuring strict compliance with quality, budget, and safety standards.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and reputable general contractor with a strong pipeline of projects throughout Palm Beach and Broward Counties .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, and documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, inspectors, and municipal officials to ensure compliance with all regulations and contract requirements.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.
• Prepare and present progress reports, cost projections, and project status updates to senior leadership.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
