Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities :
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Serve with after-school and evening clients, including daytime clients as they become available.
Must be able to come to Maryland once to twice a month to see clients, depending on insurance requirements. For examples, twice a month for Kaiser in Maryland and once a quarter for Medicaid.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule :
Pay Range : $75- $100 / hour
Full-Time : 25 hours / week or Part-Time Available
Location : Remote Telehealth / In-person
Travel : Travel to Maryland once every month
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications :
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Maryland or ability to obtain one. Note : LBA takes 1-2 month / s to be processed.
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
Ability to be personable over Telehealth
8-Hour supervision training
