Job Description

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will play a crucial part in helping our clients develop essential skills and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1 : 1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
