Objective of the Role

The Senior Market Manager for the NYC Metro area will be responsible for overseeing sales execution, distributor performance, and team leadership across the region. Reporting to the Regional Sr. Director for New England, this individual will lead a team of 3 On & Off-Premise Sales Representatives, and will be accountable for achieving business objectives, managing distributor relationships, and elevating market presence. The role is designed as a pipeline to future regional leadership responsibilities.

Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate will have :

• A solid background in the wine & spirits industry, working directly on the supplier / brand side (not from distributors), with a strong preference for premium or ultra-premium portfolios.
• Proven team management and distributor relationship experience within a 3-tier system.
• A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and financial acumen .
• The ability to develop talent, optimize execution, and partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ambitions and capabilities aligned with potential promotion to a Regional Director role.
