As a Concierge at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will assist guests with creating the most memorable experience possible. Acting as an ambassador of the hotel by providing special assistance and information about local area attractions to customers and patrons, offering a wide selection of alternatives for guest satisfaction.

What will you be doing?

Greet guests warmly, staying calm during busy times and emergencies.

Fully knowledgeable about local restaurants, their offerings, price ranges, etc. and must be able to direct guests to those restaurants.

Ensure accurate information regarding permanent attractions in the city, sporting events, theater performances, etc.

Book transportation for guests and arrange airport pick-up for VIP guests.

Maintain a peaceful and service-friendly environment in the lobby. Services include but are not limited to food and / or beverage service, and light housekeeping duties of the lobby space.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

Previous customer service, front desk or hospitality experience a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional language skills preferred but not required.

Energetic, with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills.

Concierge must have a pleasant voice and personality and be team oriented and enjoy working with and assisting people.

Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, and reach for more than half of the normal work day.

Able to stand for long periods and lift items like trays and coffee urns.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Adaptable to varying business needs and able to multitask effectively.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
