Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse, located in Weatherford, TX. The Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and monitoring patients’ physical and mental health. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing individualized care plans, collaborating with healthcare teams, and offering emotional support to patients and families. The Nurse will also participate in patient education and contribute to a compassionate, healing environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse with active state licensure (RN or LVN)
• Experience in mental health or behavioral health settings
• Understanding of eating disorders and related treatment approaches
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred
