Closed ICU Expansion Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Nocturnist to join our growing Hospitalist program with a closed ICU.

Start Date : 3 6 months

Position Highlights

Schedule : 12-hour shifts, straight nights

Shifts : per month

Workload : 5 7 admissions per night + RRTs

Support : NPs handle cross coverage

ICU : Closed ICU, procedures optional

Flexible schedule promoting work life balance

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary based on experience :

0 2 years : $270K

3 5 years : $280K

6 9 years : $290K

10+ years : adjusted higher (contact for details)
