Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Virginia Beach, VA
Clinic-Based | Full-Time | In-Person Role
At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE), our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) provide compassionate, evidence-based care that helps children with autism develop meaningful skills and independence. Our clinic-based environment promotes collaboration, professional growth, and a balanced, supportive workplace for clinicians.
Position Details
- Setting : Clinic-based (Virginia Beach, VA)
- Schedule : Monday–Friday, consistent weekday hours (in-person)
- Status : Full-time
- Reports To : Clinical Director
- Compensation : $80,000 – $100,000 per year, based on experience and certification
Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plansSupervise and mentor RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and trainees to ensure quality careProvide parent and caregiver coaching to promote skill generalizationMonitor and analyze treatment data, adjusting programs as neededMaintain accurate documentation in accordance with BACB and AutismCOE standardsParticipate in team meetings, providing clinical input and fostering collaborationEnsure compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory guidelinesQualifications
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related fieldEligible for or holding a Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credentialExperience working with children with autism in a clinical settingExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skillsCommitment to compassionate, high-quality, family-centered careWhat We Offer
