Position : Maintenance Technician

Location : Weaver Farm Apartments - Florence, KY

Schedule : Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm, with an on-call rotation every 3rd week

Pay Rate : up to $27 / hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions, incentives, and bonus potential

If you’re a hands-on problem solver who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering excellent service, this role will put your skills to work every day.

  • 2+ year of experience in multi-family residential maintenance
  • Experienced Turnover Technician – versed in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds
  • HVAC experience required; EPA certification a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents
  • Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills
  • Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck / van, and auto insurance
  • Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position

  • Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, locks / keys, and groundskeeping tasks
  • Handle apartment turnovers, preparing homes for new residents
