Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with a strong background in designing and delivering scalable business solutions using the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, integration, and DevOps, along with proven leadership skills in a consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement business solutions leveraging Salesforce and its ecosystem.

Scale Salesforce-based services across large enterprise environments.

Integrate Salesforce with multiple applications and architectures using REST and SOAP APIs.

Lead technical workshops and translate business requirements into robust, scalable solutions.

Drive technical presales activities including solution design, scoping, and client presentations.

Mentor and guide technical teams, ensuring best practices and quality standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain excellent client communication.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and ecosystem.

Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Workflows , and Salesforce APIs (REST / SOAP).

Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration .

Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI / CD pipelines .

Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer in a consulting environment.

Ability to lead technical workshops and deliver scalable solutions.

Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills.

Track record of mentoring and developing technical teams.

Salary Transparency :
