Organizational Development Advisor
The Organizational Development Advisor provides human resource services in staff development and training and organizational development with a high level of expertise in area(s) of specialization. The Organizational Development (OD) Advisor provides a broad set of services in organizational development, talent management, staff development, learning, and training. They collaborate and consult with leaders at all levels of the organization, and within the HR team, to design, customize and deliver OD interventions including organizational assessments, developing and / or implementing strategies, facilitating change management, and supporting team and / or leader development, to strengthen TNC's ability to deliver on its organizational goals and mission. They assist in the development and implementation of client-specific and organization-wide OD and learning opportunities that support a decentralized and geographically dispersed enterprise with focus on priority projects. They directly support some key HR initiatives, including manager and leader development, onboarding, culture, coaching, mentoring, career development, and change management initiatives. This position reports to the Deputy Director of Learning and Organizational Development.

The OD Advisor is responsible for administering and maintaining HR systems, programs, procedures, and plans according to HR policies and will aid all levels of personnel on various HR related issues and requests. The OD Advisor partners on and / or is responsible for assessing, designing, customizing, and delivering learning, training and organizational development support, inclusive of change management initiatives, leadership and manager development, and onboarding among other things. They, in collaboration with People Team colleagues and Business Unit leaders, develop a multi-year plan of interventions. They partner with other Learning and Organizational Development team colleagues to deliver on the team's strategy and annual workplan. They provide data, reports and analysis as requested and assess knowledge, skills, and behavior needs / gaps at team, Business Unit and individual levels. The Advisor designs interventions to address needs / gaps using OD and adult learning methodologies and experiential learning. They are an expert at facilitating including in virtual and in-person environments. The OD Advisor leads and contributes to projects relevant to organizational development initiatives such as advising on change management, organizational design, organizational culture, strategy, team development, organizational performance and supporting priority team retreats and strategy meetings. They are a partner to other People Team colleagues and may manage one or more staff.

Salary Information :
The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $77,000 $120,000 USD for annual base salary. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate's actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges.
