FQHC with 5 team based ambulatory primary care site. Multi-disciplinary clinic sites provide excellent medical care and serving both adults and children.

Primary Care Opportunity seeing all ages

Must be comfortable navigating complex cases with chronic conditions

Fully Outpatient, with no inpatient or obstetrical responsibilities.
