CDL Class A Driver (Pick-Up) Job

Our core business is in standard, next-day, ground delivery. The corporate headquarters and main sort facility is located in St. Cloud, MN. We currently employ over 1,800 employees company wide and have expanded throughout the Midwest.

The CDL Class A Driver (Pick-Up) is responsible for driving a tractor-trailer combination or straight truck to transport parcels on an established route. Hours and wages are Monday-Friday, starting at 12 : 30 PM. Expect 10-15 hours of overtime each week. Paid overtime at time and a half after 40 hours per week. Salary is $23.00-$27.00 per hour, based on experience, with a $2.00 per hour shift differential.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Conduct a pre-trip inspection before driving to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment are in good working order
• Turn in pre-trip form and complete mileage and maintenance forms
• Drive to shippers and load trailer with freight
• Transfer freight back to the terminal to be unloaded
• Verify all load-related documentation to ensure that it is complete and accurate
• Maintain all required certifications required by DOT and company safety policies
• Wash the exterior of tractor and equipment daily
• Assist other drivers with loading, delivery, or pick up as needed
