NCC Adjucnt Faculty- Air Traffic Control

Adjunct Air Traffic Control Instructor

Nashua Community College is seeking qualified individuals who are interested in adjunct teaching on a course-by-course basis. Strong academic background is required. Adjunct appointments are temporary, for a specified contract period and may require in classroom or online instruction.

We are in need of Air Traffic Control instructors to teach basic Air Traffic Control Classes.

Fall 2025 : Tuesdays, 8am-12pm

Spring 2026 : Tuesdays, 8am-12pm

Minimum Qualifications :

Education : Associate's degree from a regionally accredited college or technical school with major study aviation technology, education, business administration, engineering or related field.

Experience : Six (6) years of teaching experience in the aviation technology field or six (6) years of military or FAA experience in Air Traffic Control.

License / Certification : FAA or Military Air Traffic Control certification

Preferred Qualifications / Certifications : FAA instructor experience, Recent Air Traffic Control experience, Adjunct Teaching experience.

The salary range for this position is $800-$950 per contact hour. The rate will be determined by the appointed adjunct faculty rank, which is based on education and industry and / or teaching experience.
