Senior Field Engineer

Process HVAC Solutions, LLC is a systems automation provider for HVAC and mechanical systems in mission critical environments. We specialize in high tier level data centers and biotech / pharmaceutical facilities. Based in Lawrence, PA, PHS is looking for a well-qualified person to join a growing company as a Senior Field Engineer.

Location : Lawrence, PA

Primary Job Duties :

• Ability to perform and manage point-to-point wiring terminations, checkouts and drawing markups.
• Device equipment setup and install according to specifications and project drawings.
• Ability to calibrate and start-up field instrumentation, valve actuators, etc.
• Perform checkout and start-up of controls systems (DCS, PLC, others) and networks
• Efficiently troubleshoot control systems at the network, controller, I / O, and device level
• Set-up and troubleshoot PC system workstations
• Conduct diagnostics, identify and troubleshoot complex issues onsite to ensure systems meet performance standards and the project remains on track.
• Provide technical guidance to team throughout project to ensure successful commissioning.
• Support of customer contracts for 24 / 7 emergency response and preventive maintenance
• Ensure compliance with engineering plans, safety regulations and industry standards.
• Gather technical data from the field to support engineering analysis.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for internal and client use.
• Mentoring of less experienced field engineers / technicians
