Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Special Education Teacher is needed for a K-12 school serving grades 6 through 12 in Park City, MT. This contract-to-hire position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM, aligned with the school calendar.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students needs.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with students, particularly those experiencing mental health challenges.
• Manage a caseload of 8-12 students, with some classes having as few as 4-5 students due to the variety of course offerings including Vocational Agriculture, Woodworking, PE, Art, Music, Business Education, Technology, Science, Social Studies, Mathematics, Special Education, and English.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support student progress in both academic and behavioral goals.
