Medical Assistant (MA) - PRN

As a Medical Assistant  with our Centralized Staffing PRN Pool,  you’ll provide care to client employees and their dependents at our Health Centers  located in Selbyville and Millsboro, DE.  The hours for as-needed coverage are Monday-Friday (9-hour days with 1-hour lunch break), hours range from 7am-6pm.   Must have Phlebotomy experience.

What You'll Do :

• Interviews patients and measures vital signs (pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height).
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Prepares treatment rooms, cleans and sterilizes instruments.
• Medication administration including injections, performs laboratory tests, operates EKGs and other diagnostic equipment as permitted by state regulations.
• Performs administrative tasks, assists at the front desk, schedules appointments, makes follow-up calls, and orders medical supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
