Your Responsibilities :
- Direct Patient Care : Engage with patients to ensure they receive safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment. Responsibilities include assessing patient stats, starting and monitoring treatments, and collecting blood samples as ordered by physicians.
- Technician Duties : Prioritize quality by preparing and disinfecting dialysis machines, performing safety checks, and maintaining detailed logs for quality control.
- Safety and Quality Measures : Implement appropriate safety protocols by using personal protective equipment and ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulations.
- Ongoing Education : Participate in meetings and continuing education programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We’re Looking For :
High school diploma or equivalent.A passion for healthcare and patient care.Experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.Comfortability with mixing acids and bicarbonate as per protocols.Ability to distinguish all primary colors.Requirements :
Successful completion of the USRC training program approved by the Medical Director, including demonstrated competency within 8 weeks of hire.CPR certification required within 90 days of hire, or as mandated by state regulations.Patient Care Technician certification must be obtained within 18 months of hire and maintained thereafter.Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of individuals facing kidney disease?
