Step into a high-impact plaintiff-side litigation role with one of the nation's premier complex personal injury firms. This is a unique opportunity for a driven plaintiff's attorney to join a respected national team dedicated to delivering justice for individuals and families affected by corporate negligence.

In this role, you'll manage your caseload from inception through resolution. The work is emotionally resonant, fast-paced, and deeply rewarding.

While admittance to the Louisiana Bar is required, this position can sit in the following offices : Emeryville, CA, Culver City, CA, Tampa, FL, Chicago, IL, St. Louis, MO, West Orange, NJ, New York, NY, Portland, OR, Philadelphia, PA, and Mount Pleasant, SC. Full relocation assistance offered.

What You'll Do :

Manage cases from inception through resolution
Conduct discovery, take / defend depositions, draft motions
Attend evidentiary hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings
Maintain close relationships with clients during challenging times
Travel as needed based on your caseload

Qualifications :

Licensed to practice law in Louisiana

1+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury or product liability litigation

Position Highlights :

Full-time role, available in any firm office nationwide

Relocation support available

Hybrid flexibility available after the first year

Compensation & Benefits :

Base salary : $120,000 – $200,000, DOE

Year-end discretionary bonus

100% firm-paid health coverage (including dependents)
