About Sprig

Sprig is building the AI-native successor to legacy survey tools, like Qualtrics, Medallia, and SurveyMonkey. We believe the future of experience research won't be powered by slow, siloed platforms. It will be fast, intelligent, and deeply integrated into how modern teams build great products.

Our mission is to make deep customer understanding effortless and always on. With Sprig, product teams no longer guess. They know. We are creating a future where AI uncovers insights, accelerates workflows, and enables teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences in real-time.

Companies like Notion, Figma, Coinbase, and TripAdvisor already use Sprig to stay closer to their customers than ever before. We're scaling quickly toward $100M ARR, launching new AI-powered capabilities, and expanding our impact across the world's most innovative companies.

If you're energized by bold ideas, rapid growth, and the opportunity to redefine an entire category, we'd love to meet you.

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to drive design for Sprig's core product experiences. This includes ownership of foundational workflows like the survey builder, results dashboards, response analysis, and feedback tools - the surfaces customers use every day to launch studies, interpret insights, and take action.

You will report to the Head of Product and work closely with product and engineering leadership to define the design vision, shape roadmap priorities, and deliver high-quality user experiences. You'll lead your own discovery and research efforts and own end-to-end design execution.

This is a high-ownership individual contributor role for a designer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to take on broad responsibility without the layers of a larger org.

Your Impact

Own design for core product surfaces such as survey creation, results views, and sharing workflows

Define experiences that balance simplicity, power, and speed for research and product teams

Lead customer discovery and usability testing to validate and improve your designs

Collaborate with product and engineering to scope, build, and launch features quickly

Contribute to and evolve Sprig's design system and interaction patterns

Advocate for product improvements based on user needs, technical context, and business goals

Raise the overall bar for design craft, clarity, and usability across the product

Your Strengths

8 or more years of product design experience at SaaS or productivity software companies

A strong portfolio that shows end-to-end ownership of complex product experiences

Experience designing tools with structured workflows like builders, editors, or dashboards

Comfortable leading customer research and testing independently

Skilled in Figma with a strong grasp of interaction design, prototyping, and systems thinking

Clear communicator who thrives in close cross-functional collaboration

Strong product instincts and ability to prioritize what matters most to the user

High bar for design craft, and motivated by impact, speed, and ownership
