About the Role :

As the Sustainability Manager , you'll lead Whitman College's efforts to embed sustaina bility in to everyday operations and long-term strategy. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Facilities Services , you'll collaborate with students, staff, faculty, and community partners to reduce environmental impact, promote sustainable practices, and align with institutional goals.

You'll serve as the college's p rimary resource and external liaison for sustainability initiatives - including donor engagement - while supervising one part-time staff member and student employees. Through col labora tion and accountability, you'll ensure Whitman's sustainability efforts reflect and serve the entire community.
