Job descriptionSupport definition and development of a Technology and Cyber Risk Management Framework and program. Establish and ensure adherence to Tech and Cyber risk frameworks and policies. Independently oversee and consult on technology and cyber security strategies and initiatives. Independently identify and assess risk related to technology and cyber processes, activities and assets. Provide support to identification, review, challenge, and oversight of Tech and Cyber issue remediation. Provide independent oversight of technology organizations and technology and cyber risks throughout the firm. Participate in the development and maturation of risk appetite statements. Produce Technology, Cyber, and Data risk profiles along with supporting metrics and reporting. Support development of a sustainable oversight model including people, processes, and technologies. 5-8 years' experience in Technology Governance, Information Security and / or Technology Audit. Preferably with some risk management experience. Experience in compliance (laws, rules and regulations) is a plus Experience in strategic planning and program development and execution. Excellent communication skills - presentation, verbal, and written. Ability to function independently and drive results. Strong influence and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of Technology and Cyber Disciplines (architecture, SDLC, network, etc.) Understanding of Industry frameworks (COBIT, CRI, NIST etc.) is preferred. Experience in technology disciplines including data management, software development, or technology infrastructure is preferred. Bachelor's/University degree Technology or 8+ years of relevant technology experience.
