Executive Producer – Call of Duty
Reporting To : Senior Director of Production

Location : Santa Monica, CA (Hybrid schedule – 3 days per week)
Your Mission
Activision Publishing seeks an Executive Producer to join the Call of Duty franchise production team. As Executive Producer, you will manage production initiatives across multiple platforms, partner with internal and external studios to oversee development from concept to release, and deliver high‑quality content that meets franchise and financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and track game development with internal and external studios across all SKUs tied to a mainline product and its digital lifecycle.
- Support the creation, development, and execution of production initiatives, projects, pathways, and overall plans; provide supervision throughout the full operations lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business partners and studios to deliver compelling features, content, and events.
- Partner with monetization and analytics teams to understand game status and plan updates accordingly.
- Act as primary contact with Game Development Studios, 1st Parties, Marketing, PR, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, Licensors, and external contractors across project initiatives.
- Partner with Marketing to execute plans for product lines, brands, and business units.
- Engage with Developers to ensure specific game features align with overall title positioning and goals.
- Advocate for the product internally and externally, including at trade shows and PR events.
- Coach and develop staff, fostering growth and expanding the talent base.
- Create a collaborative culture that promotes continuous feedback, support, and empowerment; set clear goals and hold employees accountable for deliverables.
- Model Activision’s standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethics.
- Provide creative and executional direction to improve product quality and drive franchise innovation.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven Executive Producer with internal development or publishing experience, delivering projects on time, within budget, and with quality.10+ years in the gaming industry in a production role; 3+ years at Senior Producer level or above.Experience with first‑person shooters or online FPS games preferred.Strong risk‑identification skills and ability to suggest mitigation strategies.A leader of people – preparation for mentoring and developing future leaders.Knowledge of industry trends, monetization, esports, and expanding game experiences.Core Skills & Competencies
Passionate about making video games and evaluating gameplay.Strong business and financial acumen with understanding of current gaming business models.Facilitator who clears roadblocks and drives execution.Ability to juggle competing priorities and deliver results.Ingenuity, creativity, and problem‑solving to achieve goals.Technical & Platform Requirements
Experience shipping high‑quality titles on Xbox, PlayStation, and PC platforms.Experience with online FPS games preferred.Benefits & Compensation

Annual base salary range : $134,000 – $247,900 (subject to location, experience, and internal equity).
