Indiana Compliance Officer

A company is looking for a Compliance Officer in Indiana.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee compliance functions and ensure timely submission of CMS Medicare SNP requirements

Act as the primary contact in State compliance meetings and manage interactions with state regulators

Conduct internal compliance audits and manage oversight of compliance for health plan subcontractors

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred

7+ years of compliance program management and contract experience with State Medicaid programs

5-7 years of experience with health care regulatory agencies

5+ years of experience overseeing implementation of contract requirements
