Job description3-5 years of experience in process engineering Solid knowledge of PLC programming Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience Strong leadership skills in a team environment and ability to foster a positive atmosphere Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people in a multicultural environment Excellent communication (speaking, writing, reading, listening) and presentation skills Ability to multi-task and perform duties efficiently Team-worker, detail-oriented, responsible, punctual, self-motivated Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel While performing the duties of this job may require intermittent sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs, and handling parts / equipment; good vision (close, distance, color, depth, peripheral) is also needed.

Responsibilities of Manufacturing Process Engineer
- Analyze the current production system and plan Kaizen / improvement solutions
- Implement solutions to improve stamping / welding production efficiency
- Communicate thoroughly with other departments to improve efficiency
- Test new equipment and analyze efficiency, assist with new equipment installation
- Work closely with Maintenance team to ensure maintenance adheres to schedule
- Minimize downtime
- Collaborate with other departments to solve production / quality issues
- Ensure daily production meets goals and company standards
- Perform all other duties as assigned
