Salary : $85,000 - $115,000; DOE
- Rate of Pay Depends on Experience
NOTE : Posted salary may include performance bonuses.
The Big Task
You will be contributing to the companys plan by always looking for ways to improve technician efficiency by having the proper truck stock, limited warehouse stock outs, accurate inventory counts, and efficient part runner dispatching.You will ensure that we are able to accomplish our growth plans by having new vehicles onsite and ready for new staff as they come onboard.You will ensure that our vendor relationships are strong and a win for both parties.You will manage staff and drive them to maintain a safe and accountable workplace.
Key Sub Tasks
Manage truck replenishment process, material return process and purchase order processManage next day installs and installs in general, with regards to material and equipment staging and materials fulfillmentManage warehouse staff daily to maximize efficiency to streamline operationsManage full counts and cycle counts of both warehouse and vehiclesManage warranty returns processManage material receiving processVehicle maintenance tracking, scheduling, maintenance, and repairsManage tool maintenanceDesired Skills and Experience
You should have experience in supply chain, operations, and inventory managementProficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Excel, Word, and PowerPointSelf- starter / resourceful - able to independently work, learn and plan with minimal guidance to drive tasks to conclusionExperience with inventory management softwareStrong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with different company departmentsThe ability to understand and drive key performance indicatorsCapable of learning on the fly with a focus on problem-solvingA self-motivated leader who is accountable for ones workStrong attention to detail, especially when dealing with dataHigh degree of action orientation and strong negotiation skillsWhat We Offer :
