Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and exercise routines

Support residents’ emotional and physical well-being with dignity and compassion

Prepare and assist with meals; feed residents as needed

Monitor and document vital signs, intake / output, and overall condition

Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges

Follow individualized care plans under the supervision of licensed nurses

Maintain resident confidentiality and promote rights and safety

Attend required training, in-services, and meetings

Participate in resident engagement and recognition activities

Ensure a clean, safe environment and report hazards promptly

What You Bring

Valid CNA License (Required)

At least 1 year of caregiving experience (Preferred)

Ability to commute or relocate to Coal Township, PA 17866 (Required)
