We are seeking a Home Health Aide to join our team! You will provide routine healthcare to a patient at the patient's home.
Responsibilities :
- Provide routine individualized care
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Provide personal care, aiding in bathing and dressing the patient as needed
- Provide specialized healthcare, such as administering medication and cooking nutritious meals, and encouraging hydration
- Drive the patient to appointments and various activities
- Care for pets (dogs)
