Position Summary
Are you a recent graduate who loves solving problems, learning new tools, and asking “what if”? We are seeking a Data Systems Coordinator to help us transform data into insights that improve education. You’ll manage and maintain accurate records in our database systems (iMIS, learning platforms, marketing tools, and surveys), run reports, and collaborate across departments to provide the information they need. You’ll also have the chance to explore how artificial intelligence (AI) can make our work smarter and more efficient. If you’re curious, detail-oriented, and ready to take initiative, this role will give you the room to grow and learn on the job.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and audit accurate records across iMIS and related platforms.
- Conduct data clean-up and keep contact information up to date.
- Generate reports on membership, events, engagement, and partnerships.
- Support colleagues across departments with the data they need to make decisions.
- Analyze trends and recommend strategies for member retention and engagement.
- Summarize and present findings in clear, accessible ways.
- Explore and pilot AI tools to automate tasks and improve accuracy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or database management (internships, coursework, or projects count!)Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and an interest in tools like Google Analytics.Curiosity and initiative to learn new systems—experience with iMIS and / or Higher Logic is a plus, but not required.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Comfortable communicating data clearly to non-technical audiences.
