Customer Service Representative Role :
The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in maintaining and strengthening customer relationships by providing exceptional service and proactive outreach. In addition to handling incoming calls, emails, and chats, this role will focus on a special project to reengage past customers, introduce new products, and drive repeat business.
Reconnect with previous customers who have not ordered recently to understand needs and reintroduce products
Share updates on new and existing products, promotions, and discount codes
Track and document all customer interactions and follow-up activities
Support other customer service projects as assigned
Customer Service Representative Profile :
High School Diploma required
Minimum 2 years of previous customer service experience (eCommerce or retail preferred)
Strong data entry and computer skills
Excellent phone presence and communication skills
Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
High energy and enthusiasm for connecting with customers and building loyalty
