Provide leadership on the Teller line by troubleshooting questions, giving guidance, delivering on-the-spot and structured coaching, and ensuring operational excellence, while providing a WOW experience to our members. As part of the branch leadership team, you'll get to demonstrate your operational expertise and leadership ability in this dynamic role. As a Head Teller with Community First, you will :
Prioritize experience. Provide exceptional, WOW service to our members, and to your team.
Operate with excellence. Ensure the teller line is operating soundly, with a focus on service and accuracy.
Coach and develop the team. Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to the Teller team.
Engage in the community. Represent CFCU locally and build lasting connections that demonstrate the cooperative difference.
Deliver hands-on service. S tep in where needed to ensure members always experience the highest level of care.
We're looking for a combination of :
Associate's Degree in banking, finance, business management, or another related field
Three+ years of Teller and / or financial services experience, including prior supervisory experience
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
Familiarity with Microsoft office suite and web-based software packages
The ability to work hard, find solutions, and have fun
Above all : a passion for helping people and advancing the credit union’s member-first mission
Branch Hours : Drive-up : Mon–Fri 7 : 00 a.m.–6 : 00 p.m.Lobby : Mon–Wed 8 : 30 a.m.–5 : 00 p.m.; Thu–Fri 8 : 30 a.m.–6 : 00 p.m.; Sat 8 : 00 a.m.–12 : 00 p.m.This position follows our branch hours, including a rotating Saturday schedule.
