• What You’ll Do :
• Lead the strategic roadmap for HR technology, ensuring alignment with company goals and HR priorities.
• Serve as the functional and technical expert for Workday, overseeing configuration, security, integrations, and reporting.
• Drive system optimization, new module implementations, and release management with hands-on involvement.
• Establish governance frameworks for prioritization, intake, and change control processes.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to manage dependencies, integrations, and data flows across systems.
• Oversee system data integrity, role-based access, audit controls, and compliance requirements.
• Build and develop a high-performing HRIS team through mentorship, development planning, and succession management.
• Manage external vendor relationships and ensure successful project delivery from ideation through optimization.
• Provide advanced analytics, dashboards, and insights to support executive decision-making.
• What We’re Looking For :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HRIS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of progressive HRIS or HR Technology experience, including deep Workday expertise across multiple modules.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing HRIS teams or large-scale technology initiatives.
• Extensive hands-on experience configuring Workday business processes, calculated fields, and condition rules.
• Proven success leading system implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects.
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, compliance, and audit practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
• Preferred : Workday certifications (HCM, Integrations, or Reporting) and exposure to emerging HR technologies such as automation or AI.
