Sr. Site Manager, Logistics

We're looking for a Senior Logistics Site Manager to lead our Mobile operations with vision, precision, and purpose. Your Mission : Strategic Leadership at the Site Level.
As the Senior Logistics Site Manager, you will oversee logistics operations and engineering services at the site located in Mobile AL. You'll be responsible for leading site teams, managing customer relationships, and ensuring that Daher's standards of safety, quality, and performance are consistently exceeded.
Leadership & Culture
- Lead, mentor, and develop site leadership teams including Operations Managers and Supervisors. - Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. - Champion Daher's values and mission across all levels of the site. - Promote employee engagement, development, and retention.
Operational Oversight
Ensure daily logistics operations meet KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. - Oversee site-level execution of Daher's SEED empowerment program and SQDCT indicators. - Manage P&L for the Charleston site, ensuring financial targets are met. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory, customer, and company standards.Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer logistics operations outside the Airbus facilities. - Lead regular performance reviews and strategic meetings with customers. - Solicit and act on customer feedback to improve service delivery and satisfaction.Strategic Execution & Development
Collaborate with regional leadership and sales teams to define and execute logistics strategy. - Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve logistics and industrial services. - Promote Daher's engineering and logistics expertise to internal and external stakeholders. - Support cross-site initiatives and share best practices across the North America region.Continuous Improvement

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in logistics, engineering, supply chain, or related field (Master's preferred). - 10+ years of experience in logistics or industrial services, with 5+ years in senior leadership. - Proven success managing large teams and complex operations in an industrial environment.Skills & Attributes
Strong operational and strategic thinking with a hands-on leadership style. - Expertise in logistics systems, inventory control, and ERP platforms (SAP preferred). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - High emotional intelligence and ability to lead through influence and example. - Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.Working Conditions
Regular presence in warehouse / manufacturing environments. - Ability to lift / move items up to 50 lbs and support operational needs during off-hours. - Occasional travel for cross-site coordination and regional meetings.Why Daher?

Base salary range : $140,000- $172,000 + annual target bonus Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, Disability, Paid Time Off, Holidays, and more.
