Primary Care Physician (MD / DO Family, Internal or Geriatrics) | Outpatient | MonFri | No Nights| New Orleans, LA

Location : New Orleans, LA

Company : HireTalent Health (Recruiting on behalf of a national physician-led healthcare group)

Compensation : $200,000$270,000 base + bonus + full benefits

Schedule : Full-Time | MondayFriday | Outpatient Only

About the Role :

HireTalent Health is partnering with a mission-driven, physician-led primary care organization redefining healthcare through value-based senior care.

Physicians focus on prevention, relationships, and better outcomes- not high-volume quotas or RVUs.

What Youll Do

  • Serve as a Primary Care Physician for senior patients (Medicare Advantage).
  • Provide preventive, chronic, and relationship-based care with an average of 1822 patients per day.
  • Work with a full support team : including an RN, Medical Assistant, and Care Coordinator.
  • Collaborate with specialists and hospitalists to improve outcomes and reduce hospitalizations.
  • Engage patients through health coaching, education, and ongoing care coordination.

  • MD or DO in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or Preventive Medicine
  • Board Certified
  • Active or eligible for Louisiana medical license (ME / DO)
  • DEA license (Schedule IIV)
