🔍 Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineer to support system-of-systems design and analysis within an interdisciplinary aerospace engineering team. This role plays a critical part in developing and integrating complex aircraft systems while ensuring full compliance with certification and performance requirements across the product lifecycle.

🛠 Key Responsibilities :

Apply a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to plan, design, develop, and verify lifecycle-balanced system-of-systems and system solutions.

Evaluate customer and operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters, and ensure compatibility of all physical, functional, and program interfaces.

Perform a variety of systems engineering analyses , including :

Affordability

Reliability & Maintainability (R&M)

Safety and vulnerability assessments

Human systems integration

System testability and certification compliance

Ensure product assurance, regulatory compliance , and mission readiness through optimized system architecture and quality factors.

Support and develop processes for :

Requirements management

Risk, issue, and opportunity management

Technology readiness assessments

Resolve cross-functional technical issues by interfacing with R&M, design, and safety teams.

📅 Day-to-Day Activities :

Develop and analyze system fault trees in collaboration with R&M, safety, and design teams.

Support efforts related to commercial airplane system certification .

Contribute to overall system integration planning and technical coordination.

🔧 Required Technical Skills :

Proficiency with CAFTA (Computer Aided Fault Tree Analysis)

Experience with commercial airplane certification processes

Strong engineering knowledge of airplane systems

✅ Preferred Qualifications :

Background in safety engineering , reliability analysis , or systems integration

Experience working with Boeing or other aerospace OEMs

Familiarity with standards such as ARP4754A , DO-178C , or DO-254

Strong verbal and written communication skills
