AAA Forklifts in Orlando, FL is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated person to join our office as an entry-level Invoicing Associate - Customer Service Representative !

This full-time position earns $17.00 - $20.00 / hour and supports smooth daily operations to keep customers happy and our company successful. We also offer a performance incentive program and benefits , such as :

WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

You're in our office from 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, Monday through Friday . Overtime is available.

Our Invoicing Associate - Customer Service Representative speaks with customers over the phone, resolves billing discrepancies, and handles various administrative duties to support an overall smooth and seamless experience for customers. You answer customers' questions, provide professional assistance, and direct their calls to the right person or department. As you review and resolve billing discrepancies, generate work invoices and basic cost estimates, and schedule forklift deliveries, you give every task your full attention and comply with all regulations and standards.
