Audit Senior

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Audit Senior to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $80, to $, per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs audit procedures in complex areas and supervises junior staff

• Serves as the primary day-to-day contact for audit clients across multiple industries

• Reviews financial statements and internal processes to ensure compliance and accuracy

• Provides feedback to management on internal controls and process improvements

• Advises clients on technical, regulatory, and strategic business matters

Requirements:

• Applies strong knowledge of life sciences, SEC, manufacturing, real estate, or technology industries

• Functions independently while contributing to a collaborative audit team environment

• Manages hybrid work schedules with flexibility and accountability

• Builds technical competence and leadership skills through hands-on client engagement

• Delivers clear and understandable insights to audit committees and boards of directors

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field

• 2+ years of audit experience at a CPA firm or in a related role

• Completes a minimum of 40 hours of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) annually

• Maintains or is actively pursuing a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license

• Demonstrates effective communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
