Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Audit Senior to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $80, to $, per year.
Job Responsibilities:
Performs audit procedures in complex areas and supervises junior staff
Serves as the primary day-to-day contact for audit clients across multiple industries
Reviews financial statements and internal processes to ensure compliance and accuracy
Provides feedback to management on internal controls and process improvements
Advises clients on technical, regulatory, and strategic business matters
Requirements:
Applies strong knowledge of life sciences, SEC, manufacturing, real estate, or technology industries
Functions independently while contributing to a collaborative audit team environment
Manages hybrid work schedules with flexibility and accountability
Builds technical competence and leadership skills through hands-on client engagement
Delivers clear and understandable insights to audit committees and boards of directors
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field
2+ years of audit experience at a CPA firm or in a related role
Completes a minimum of 40 hours of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) annually
Maintains or is actively pursuing a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
Demonstrates effective communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
